How does it all work?

Online coaching offers flexibility for everybody and enables me to reach people wherever you are.

Step 1: A brief video chat to discuss how I might best help. This is a chance to tell me what you are struggling with. Maybe you know you should be weight training but don't know how to progress to full push ups or pull ups. Or are looking for knee friendly routines to help with arthritis. Perhaps you simply want some reassurance that what you are currently doing is maximising your time and results. Or maybe you've heard that 1 in 3 women will suffer a fracture from osteoporosis and are keen to reduce your risk.
Step 2: Is likely to involve you submitting a video of exercises for analysis and completing a health and lifestyle questionnaire.
Step 3: Is essentially a feedback session. A minimum of a 60 minute conversation over Zoom or a similar platform to provide you with feedback, some pointers for success and help you plan your next steps.
